I get my boxes of cents out of the way in about 2 hours by treating them like an assembly line.</p><p><br /></p><p>First I split open a roll, flip everything heads-up, take out any Canadians or Wheats I happen to notice.</p><p><br /></p><p>Second, I sort out the copper, 1982&#039;s, then 1983-1991s, then 1992&#039;s, and lastly 1993 and laters.&nbsp; On a 50 coin roll, this takes about 30-40 seconds when I have a big area to work with.</p><p><br /></p><p>Coppers get dumped into a bag/box with the other coppers, &#039;82&#039;s get drop tested for a ring... if they ring, in the bag with the copper, if they thud, into the rejects with the 1983-1991&#039;s.&nbsp; 1992&#039;s get a quick flip look for the ClAM, and then I flip over all the others and check for WAM&#039;s.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>Totals out to about 2 minutes a roll.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
