2 boxes of halves - skunk

Pulled 9 2010's though. I have about 2 rolls of NIFC now. Not sure what to do with them.

I'm in a same boat. Have a bunch of them, and no clue what to do with them.

I don't know why this is a difficult situation for you guys but the solution is simple. Get some plastic coin tubes from your local coin stores for them and enjoy these halves knowing you have found some cool coins in circulation. The older clear coin tubes can be bought from my nearby coin store for only 25 cents so they can be purchased fairly affordably.

    My weekly results:

    Boxes:
    Halves (2): 40% x1; 40% x1
    Quarters (1): Wash x2
    Dimes (4): Roosie x5; Roosie x1; Roosie x1; Skunk
    Nickels (2): War x1; War x3

The 1 war nickel box was from my fourth Brinks box (and my first one that's given up anything). Still gonna give it a few more boxes to decide.

    Rolls:
    Quarters (52): Wash x3 (including 1 ender)
    Dimes (101): Roosie x4
    Nickels (66): War x2
    Pennies (64): Wheat x24, Steel x1
    Halves ($81.50 CWR and loose): 40% x4
    And 1 loose Ike

Also found a Wash and a Roosie this week in the reject tube.

    Foreign finds: 29c CD, 2c euro, 25c Panama, 40p UK, 15c Bermuda, 25c Barbados, 25o Denmark, 2rmb China, and 1c Trinidad

All in all a pretty good birthday week, although I did up my volume on boxes quite a bit so I don't know if I can attribute it all to luck... except for maybe quarters. I've definitely feel like I've used up about a whole year's worth of quarter luck and can expect another several months of skunky rolls.

Well, there is an issue with this. I was keeping the NIFCs, but once I got way too many, I had to get rid of them. I mean, with 4 or 5 rolls of NIFC halves laying around, that's $40 or $50 less that I could roll search with. Coins shops had no interest in them, so I ebayed a few rolls, random date NIFC, and made just a little bit on the coins. At least I had them out of the way, and could get the money back into roll searching.

Several boxes this week. A few were skunks, but in the other boxes I found a total of 10 40%ers, 1 64, 5 proofs (in one box yesterday!) and rolls upon rolls of BU 1993s

Got a box of dimes today. All but 5 rolls are 2012 Ps! Now if I can get my hands on some 2012 Ds I'm in business.

Ugh, I hate trying to find Ds on the East Coast. I've been trying to find the denver versions for all the ATB and Territory quarters for months, but it's so slow going.

  14. On Friday I got a box of quarters just to try my luck and was a total skunk also when I was waiting for my box a lady came in with some rolls that she rolled and I ask her if she could sell them to me and she said yes so I took them total of $97.50 the quarters and nickels were skunk but. Pennies gave me 10 wheats. And 8 rolls of copper pennies out of 62 rolls I just started collecting them. And yesterday I got a box of $500 in dimes and a nickels box. Dimes were skunk and the nickels gave me a war and some nice ones including my first toned find it is a 1988d

What are your thoughts on dumping your coinage at a totally different bank versus different branch of pick up bank? Maybe as your bank vaults get low, they have to get new coins, and you won't be searching same coins over and over again.
