    Hit two banks today

    Bank 1:

    $10 in CWR's and $3 loose: Nothing

    Bank 2:

They had $150 in CWR's. Picked up $60 of it and nothing. Looks like someones dump.

Anyone roll search on the Northeast side of San Antonio?

Box of H's= skunk I guess it's good I have 3 more plus a box of dimes waiting haha.

On a side note does anyone think CU Pennies will be the "next" silver? I already know their worth 2cents in scrap but I'm not that broke yet to be taking pennies to the scrap dealer. Haha

Last 2 weeks have been crazy for me since our first child was born on 8/24. I've got some catch-up reading to do on this thread.
I've only be able to do 4 boxes of halves since 8/22 but they've all had silver:

    1965, 1966 x 2, 1967 x 3, 1968d x 3, 1969d x 2, 1976s
    1945, 1964 x 2, 1967, 1968d x 3
    1966
    1967

Congratulations on your first child... and three non-skunk boxes of halves! :D

Are your boxes all BWR/MWR? Just curious (and new).

Went in to one of my Credit Union branches to order another box of halves (different branch than last/first time), and the teller looked at me like I had a foot growing out of my forehead. She 'went to check' and said the boxes are $2000.

    I said 'uhh... no, they're $500.'

'Ours are $2000.' (It felt like a scene from 'Spinal Tap' - 'these go to 11') :D I think she just misunderstood the manager -who probably told her the 'minimum order' is $2000... but that's actually good news. Now I know I can order 4 boxes at a time at this branch. It shouldn't be a hassle or raise too many eyebrows because - hey - that's the minimum order (my hands are tied :p). I was worried about abusing the system and angering tellers... not now.

Anyway, I don't presently have that much to fool around with, so I ordered a box of dimes instead (my first). I also bought all of her tray rolls of dimes:

Six dime BWR: skunk. MAN, those dates are small to look at!! I think this box I ordered may blind me...

For what it's worth, just look at the edges. You will go blind otherwise.

    Thanks.

When you order boxes of any coin denomination, they are normally bank\machine wrapped. I've heard stories of searchers getting boxes of BWR's that have been searched and recrimped but it's pretty rare.
