Forgot, also picked up about $600 in dimes, which yielded 5 silvers, which were all in rolls by themselves and without enders, haha. Got another box of 2011's, too, which I'll trade in for non-2011's tomorrow.

Haha I was wondering if you'd be going out today...I heard it was pretty bad along 95 coming up from Wilmington. Luckily there was no real tornado. I sure wasn't leaving my house though haha

    Dumping Halves at TD Bank

    All,
I'm sure it was mentioned before but I could not locate. Do the TD Penny Arcade machines fill up every $100 in halves?
    Thanks

Today I finally got to my coin fund up to $500 and now I'm having a box of halves ordered for me every week. Also, I stopped at a bank that told me they had $1000 in halves and by the time it took me to get there, approximately 5 minutes, they already sent all the coins out, so no searching for now. :(

    Merc,
Do you search nickels while road tripping? Just thought that would take too much time with having to pay attention while driving and all. I try and loosen the ends of rolls while driving so I can open them quicker when I'm parked.

If you aren't a member they charge you now and at the one I used to dump some coins at, the half bag filled up every 50 bucks so it was pointless to dump there

    Yacorie,
I'm a member, well my daughter is the primary...so when I dump there it's usually dimes and some quarters and the handfull of loose halves I pick up from banks. I put $5 or $10 in there everytime so it's adding up for her and gives me another place to dump coin with no fee. I don't want to waste time and be there while they change the bag out 5 times for a box of halves. Thanks fot the input.

HOTN - They fill up for me at $100.00. So, plan to spend some time there when you dump.

Merc that was my experience last week with the search of close to a $1000.00. 1 x 1964 and 2 x 40%ers. It has been slim pickens around here. I'm getting a box from Citizens tomorrow...have you tried them yet?

I went coin hunting today to different banks around my area. I called a chase branch that i havent been there for weeks to see if they had anything in their vault, the teller that was incharge of the vault told me that they had some rolls of halfs that someone had brought in last week, I told him that i was heading over there to pick them up. I get to the bank and he had 80 dollars, so a purchased them from him. I get to the car and started to ckeck them to see if i find some silver, to my surprise the first roll I found 4 franklins and a walker so kept on checking the rest of the rolls and ended up finding a total of 30 silvers in the 80 dollars that the teller had giving me. Calling diferent banks i also got some 40 dollars+ Ike's, need to check those for the different types I and II. Plus on my way home I went to pick up a box of halves that I had ordered and ended up finding more silver coins different dates plus a 1991 Mt rushmore Commemorative coin cool find..Total finds for today 66 silver coins. will post pics.

Hi, first post. Is there a list some where that shows which dates are collectible for all US coins? I know a few, but not all of course.
