I've had good luck getting multiple boxes from the same bank on consecutive days after a big find... Best was when I got back to back boxes of nickels with 14 and 16 buffalo's... good times. Good luck, man... I could use another crazy wheat box like that.

    Did a box today:

    8 40%ers
    1 1964

I'll take that any day of the week!

SCORE. I decided to search a box of pennies today for the first time since I have been getting skunked on halves. I don't know what a good amount of wheats for an entire box would be, but I pulled 103 wheats total. I more than doubled my wheat collection in one day, lol. I haven't gone over them with a loop yet, but I will. Unfortunately I am at work now so I'll have to go through them when I get home. What are some good sites for wheat key dates and errors to look for? I really know nothing about them but want to start learning.

Off the top of my head I remember pulling out a 1910 or 11 (pretty worn), several mid 30 "s" are s mints rare or normal?, several mid 20s.

I do know about the 1922 no D, so I made sure and checked for that one last night but no luck.

Anyway, if someone has some good links I would greatly appreciate it. I'll be sure and post up if I find anything interesting when I go back over them.

Oh, I did a box of halves today, skunked... also found a cherrypicking teller and pulled policy on him and made him give 'em up. 2 Franklins, a Walking Lib, a '64 and 3 40%'ers.

Bet that guy hates my guts.

I wonder if banks can order Dollar coins such as Ikes?

I'm sure he has plenty... I overheard him telling his manager he's been holding onto them for a while... he had every opportunity to get them out of his tray.

Some can, but only few, and only if they order direct from the fed.

Oh, also did a box of dimes (I've been busy today!) that gave up a '46 and a '64.

Hey Merc, which banks have you found that could order Ike's?

Merc, grabbed a box of cents to go with my normal halves. 4 rolls yielded 31 copper and a dime so far. As for errors and such, I have no idea what I'm looking for but will check those earlier links you put up.

I just want some wheats and another IHC

My offer stands. :D IHC's are few and far, far between, you should know that seeing how I've only found a few lately due to pure luck.

Today's bank box of cents was disappointing. 15 wheats, none older than 1940. And the oldest Canadian was a 1957, no George V or VI.
Also, $100 in halves, and nothing.

    '53-D x2
    '55-D
    '56-D x2
    '57

    '58

    BU's: '60 x2, '61, '69-S, '79, '87.

    4 canadians.
