How do you drop 5 grand to get 10 boxes. Wow. That's quite a budget.....and as stated, quite a heavy load.

My wife asked me the same question!

I don't do this to often but I've got some down time coming up. I'm going to try and churn some volume in the next couple of weeks before my life gets hectic again. Probably won't have much time over the next few months to hunt.

    Bob,

Have you sold any of these? Is there a premium? I have pulled several rolls of each(AU/BU) and stored them away as I saw somewhere a while back someone posted they could never find any...

Thanks for posting them. My camera stinks as well. I took a day off of work tomorrow and am going to numerous banks. We shall see what happens!!

Fish - V-Nickel??? Sweet, dude. I've searched about 20 boxes of nickels (at least) and have never found a V. In fact, I've only found two Buffaloes and one was dateless....

Thanks tommybee! I wonder how many more V nickels are waiting to be pulled from circulation.

No, I've not sold any 87s yet. I imagine they would sell for a small premium on ebay since they are so hard to find.

Booking my plane to do a road trip in Minnesota.......

You have a gold mine there (or rather, a silver mine).

I want to say that I've found only 1 '87 too and the ONLY one I found had someones "mark" on it so I had to clean it off =[

And that is an incredible haul....
