After getting over the shock (and jealousy) of this post, I thought about it. Does your "friend" know that you made at least $9500 off of him? Is he ignorant to that fact? If he finds out, will he still be your friend? He could have sold it to a dealer and made quite a bit....

Got a 1999D Susie B in change this morning. Its the last one I needed (besides for the 81's) for the set. :)

I have gone probably through about $50 worth of Pennies within the last month. Nothing to exciting maybe a dozen Wheats (mainly 40s and 50s but I have found 1 38D and 39D) and a few other pennies that I exchanged out of Lincoln Book. But there were a LOT of Pennies (including 2008 and 2009) that already had a lot of toning and or damaged.

no RPMS/DDO'S/MMs (from what I could tell and I am using a 10x magnifier so if there was one I should be able to notice and if I had questions I would take a picture of it and blow the coin up on my computer)

    But wait, there's more!

Thanks bobbeth87! Here is what else I found interesting in the $10 in cents I got at the credit union yesterday.

Six wheat cents, one dated 1928, two dimes (I couldn't find the other dime to photograph) , one very mangled cent, and the usual Canadians. I wonder how the 50 Koheek (Kopek) ended up being rolled up in there!

Speaking of Canadian Pennies, I had this one coin roll last week where half of the rolls were Canadian and the other roll had 3 dimes in it.

    1 box of pennies

Grabbed a box of pennies from the bank today...probably my 5th or 6th time looking through a whole box. I was very pleased with my finds:

IHC - 1907...kinda dirty but not too worn. i never thought i'd find one in circulation
    wheats - '10, '34, '41, '42, '44, '45 (2), '45 D, '52 D, '56 D

plenty of copper and 2009s, but i'm too lazy to deal with it

I have no shame...but what exactly is a box of cents, or nickels, etc? Do you get a specific number of rolls per box? I've been asking for $10 in cents, $20 in dimes, or whatever. The teller returns with a bunch of coin rolls secured with a thick rubber band. Is there a better way to get coins at a bank or credit union?

Say I would like $20 in dimes with the coins in them I sometimes have to say that.
