Yes, JP II on the obverse with God breathing life into Eve while Adam is asleep on the reverse. Very cool coin! We’ve been to the Vatican twice, but I didn’t get any of their coins, wish I had. :( Here are my Pope “coins”. The first 2 are of JP IiI and Benedict XVI and are medallions I bought at the gift store at The Basilica of St. John Lateran. The graded 2003 Polish 2 Zlote with JP II, I bought from my dealer.

nice coins. I did not realized that Vatican City issued their own coins until I found my coin. Have it tucked away in a flip just because I like it, and it's probably the only one I'll ever find. only a mintage of 390,000.

Hey, a bit of good news. I broke out of my CRH avoidance mode today and dumped about $1200 of searched coins I had been sitting on for 6 weeks. Man that felt good!
I also called 2 of my supply banks and picked up 4 boxes of halves! :D And, they were willing to keep ordering for me going forward, hallelujah! As only half of my dump bank branches are currently open due to the virus, I didn’t even call my 3rd supply bank as I don’t want to get too far over my skis and not be able to dump anymore volume than that, lol. Oh, I did wear my new cool mask that my daughter made for me, and I did sanitize early and often. Just know that I will be savoring every roll as I open it! :cigar:

Thanks. Technically the lobbies are closed, but will open for gloved and masked customers who make an appointment.
Hint- One of them has the initials WF!

Okay, 1st box of halves since my return to CRH yesterday was a dud - no silver! :( I did find a decent 1982-P “No FG”, my 9th or 10th. On to the next box.....

If my memory is correct, that is TexAg's 9th....not #10. I retired from halves back in '14 and have been a CRH cent hound ever since. Anyway , I scavenged an eye-opening eleven 1982-P (No FG)'s while CRH. If and when TexAg surpasses my mark of 11, he'll have a mouth watering $100 Red Lobster gift certificate heading his way. Good luck, TexAg!

    Okay, boxes 2,3, &4 of halves were not great, lol. 1 x 40%er & 4 x 1974-D DDO. Also 7 x 2019-P & 8 x 2019-D, all BU. Oh well, it was fun searching coins again!

I once found 5 NIFC JFK halves in a single roll. Somebody either raided their dad's mint sets or someone needed money bad.

Several months ago I told one of the tellers at my favorite bank branch that I wanted any large dollars they might have (Ikes or whatever else--you never know). This past February she told me that she had some--someone had cashed in a box full of 60 Ikes! I took them all!

001.jpg 002.jpg I've been CHR for a few months now. Never would've guessed that my first proof nickel find would be a 2009!

This is all from one beautiful box...probably my best box to date.
    9 90%
    3 40%
    3 proofs
    12 NIFCs
The silver is cool, but the most random find has to be the 89S Congressional bicentennial Proof! 2F55D9E0-C8CC-4B33-A8CF-D5AC52EC8D6F.jpeg

Searched 2 more boxes of halves this past week - nothing! That makes 1 silver in 6 boxes in my return to CRH - ugh! These are boxes that my banks kept for me in the midst of the shutdown. Hopefully, I got them out of the way and this week’s boxes will have some post downturn cashed in silver. But realistically, it might take another week or two for the silver to show up.

I just had my personal best box a couple of days ago. Had to scuffle to return 6 boxes to banks because they all claimed “their vaults were full”. Yet, I still picked up two more boxes today that I’d ordered a week ago. I think this box might just beat out the box from Sunday. What do y’all think? I’ve never had a Walker ender, not to mention 3 of them! 77443615-0694-4932-8302-434AE1D2F05C.jpeg

Wow, 3 Wenders, 1 Bender, & 3 Kennedy enders - Trifecta! I’d say you hit a nice vein of silver. With 7 enders, I predict you will find around 70 total silvers in that box. Keep us posted, congratulations!

It’s funny...those Kennedys fooled me! They weren’t 40%ers as I had guessed...all clad. I didn’t hit 70, lol, but these were the results: 43CA8966-6598-4B8D-BC5C-9CF951E16D74.jpeg C4F94EAB-CAC3-4FD0-BBF1-9FA8427E3489.jpeg 27 90%, 2 40%, 3 CuNi proofs, ton of NIFCs, as usual.....I also found my oldest half CRHing...a 1917-S Walker. Though it might be a Barber by the edge. Was also a 74-D DDO in this box, so I guess I got a touch of your luck!

Awesome box Liberty! So heavy on the Walkers and Franklins. :D That 1917-S is pretty cool, also the 1974-D DDO. ;)
