I want thos Lowell coins. Once i gave my lowells away. All my Boston peeps think i have one for all my friends. The list is long. But I'll do my best. They fired a guy at my work. I gave him a lowell w. Not sure if it took the sting out. I am what i am. ( POPEYE )

I think I've only got 2 or 3 Lowells at the moment. The box I pulled the 1 "W" out of was 95% Lowell "P". I thought maybe I finally hit the jackpot. Spoiler alert, I didn't.

 

Yeah. No lowells in buffalo yet. Just guam

 

On any AU/BU coins you should check for varieties. I would check those Bicentennial quarters from the Denver mint and check them for DDO. That would be a heck of a find if you had one mixed in there at a high grade.

 

Finished my 2 boxes of cents this morning.
21 Wheats, oldest was 1935. A couple of Canadian 1c.
And a 1972D DDO-001. It has seen some circulation but it is definitely it.

Finished my box of halves for last week and found 9 NIFC's, 1991S, 2006S and an Elvis on a 2014D.

 

Found 2 buffalos in a box of nickels. 1927 and 1936

 

Finished my 4 boxes this week. The 1st three were skunks with only a 1974-D DDO to show for it. The 4th box (Brinks) was great and had a bit of almost everything:

I just finished a box of pennies, and found five Wheaties, one 1905 Indian Head, and one dime,lol. I also separated about thirty for further study under my microscope for possible errors and double dies.

Thanks for the feedback @Treashunt, you are right. I inspected the coin just now and it does not have a square edge. It fooled me due to it’s high luster.
