    Looks like a de-lamination error.
Perhaps pulling off the cat hair before photographing it might help.
    Gross! :( :(

Congrats! I’ve yet to find one. I don’t do well in grading zinc coins.

I bought a little under $200 in cents from eBay for under face value. I’ve sorted about half of it.

Here’s the bring to the bank pile.

    A month ago I bought 2 boxes of halves. The first box yielded 4 ‘64 Kennedy’s, a ‘53 Franklin and a ‘42 Walker. Also 18 40% Kennedy’s and 3 proof coins and a number of uncirculated halves.

The second box gave up a ‘40 and. ‘46 Walker ( The ‘46 was uncirculated and gorgeous. Actually the coins were in wonderful shape), 11 40% Kennedy’s, 2 proofs and 3 no FGs.

The next 2 boxes had NOTHING. NADA. ZIP.

Then I bought 5 rolls and the next to last coin was an ‘07 Barber.

Another box gave up a ‘68 Kennedy and a no FG.

Two days ago I got 15 rolls which produced 2 proofs and a nice ‘64 Kennedy.

And 10 rolls of dimes gave me a single ‘64.

I got a 'Fed' box from the bank in our town.
So far through 15 rolls two common wheats and NOT getting much copper worth saving.

Holy moly, head teller at a Wells Fargo tells me they have $100 in halves, then their system goes down nationwide, so the line is long and progress is agonizingly slow. I’ve been waiting in line for half hour. I hope the halves are worthwhile, but I know better than to hold my breath. The crazy things we do to have coins to search...

Edit: it’s clearly another crher’s dump, ack!

I have been buying half dollars for a couple of months. My results are thus:

First 2 boxes had a single ‘64 Kennedy each.

    Next box had 4 ‘64s, a ‘53 Franklin and a ‘42 Walker. Also 18 40% Kennedy’s and 3 proof coins and a number of uncirculated halves.

The fourth box had a ‘40 and ‘46 Walkers. The ‘46 appears uncirculated. Also 11 40% halves, a number of uncirculated and 3 no FG coins.

The next 2 boxes and NOTHING.

The next box had an ‘07 Barber

    Yesterday I bought 10 rolls and found a ‘64.
