Hey SS, not sure what a MEL is, lol. I would guess that Susan B's accounted for about 10% of the total bag.

Ah, I just figured it out, Missing Edge Lettering. How common are they on the Presidentials and later Sacagaweas?

I’ve found 6 wide rim SBAs, but never found a missing edge lettering. I did purchase a low MS Washington dollar for $20 or less though, so they must not be too rare.

New coin roll hunter here. Been sorting for a few months and finally found a War Nickel. Woohoo! Lol. I’ve found 10 wheat penny’s and a few silvers. I can see why it’s so rewarding to find something. The wait in between good coins is very much worth it. Patience and Persistence.

Not common, with the exception of the George Washington issue(very common) but here is a list of graded values in a article from April 2015. I have been toying with the idea of going through a few boxes for awhile now.

Good morning everyone and happy Veteran's Day to all our current and former armed forces members! I stopped by a bank this past Saturday that I wasn't going to visit because last time I went in, they said they didn't have anything that I wanted without even checking. This time, with the same staff, they were much more helpful. I bagged a couple of old $50s that I'll probably spend, but while I was waiting for another teller to look through her stash, I though I'd inquire about the availability of any half dollars or large dollar coins. The teller told me he thought he might have some in the back that he got 3 days prior. He then brought me these lovely ladies, with a couple of male friends. IMG_1243.JPG IMG_1244.JPG I can't believe that I went years asking for large dollar coins at banks, and never received a silver dollar. Now I've gotten 13 in a little over 2 month's time (I posted on 9/6, when I bagged 5 Morgans from a bank). It's 2018...and this is STILL POSSIBLE!!

Thank you to all of you who have served our amazing country. After several dry boxes over the last few months we finally struck silver.
44 walker, 52D Benji, 6- 40%'ers, 77 improof, decently toned 72 and handful of misc NIFC years. Will check for known errors later. Good hunting to all. 20181111_185255-1.jpg 20181111_185413-1.jpg 20181111_185343-1.jpg

I got several useful copper from the last ten rolls today.
One 1939 Wheat that was never ever going to be good enough to keep.

Last 3 of 6 boxes of halves...the last box finally produced. There was pocket lint in several rolls, so I thought the box would be fruitful, and it was.

The 5 silver are self explanatory. The 6th is a Cu-Ni clad proof.

I also found a 1972D no FG, and an ‘82P no FG, 2 greasers, and an ‘83D with what appears to be a substantial die crack (or chip?) on the reverse where the FG should have been.

    I’m satisfied :)

    $30 CWR Cents: 26, 35-S, 36, and 697 coppers

    $150 CWR Nickels: 44-P, 44-D and 41 others dated 39-59

    $450 CWR Dimes: 58-D

    $63.5 Loose Halves: 65, 66 (x2), 67 (x2), 68-D, 69

The teller who handed over the halves mentioned that the person who dropped them off asked for more paper rolls, so hopefully she'll keep her eyes open for me. :)

Sigh. Got a box at the People's Bank in our town.
All customer wrapped. Getting some REALLY nice 2000s.
A few keeper copper. No wheat through 6 rolls.
A couple real nice copper (reverse in good condition and clean)
Tomorrow is going to be about as "winter" as it gets around where I live. Should make working on the Marquee special.

Picked up my next box of cents and nickels to search through this morning. Get back to my desk, open them up, and their both new boxes of 2018P. I'll go through them hoping to find a blank planchet. But are there any more 2018 varieties I need to keep an eye out for? I'm not familiar with any but I may have missed something.

Found this while CRH my latest box of halves, lol. Obverse says “Stop CRH”, reverse says “Stop investing in silver”.
Maybe a plea from a fellow CRHer to reduce competition?

I've been so incredibly busy I have had almost zero time to hunt. Last week I got one box of dimes of Friday. I got a 62 to keep my streak alive of at least one piece of silver per week since January 1st. Yesterday I picked up a box of dimes and received this.
