Wow I search dimes all the time and the most I ever got from one box was 7. Happened twice. That's an amazing rate of return for dimes. Congratulations

    I read his posts too.

He made up a grading system that is based upon shiny-ness and even he can't remember from one month to the next what his numbers mean.

As long as it makes him happy... [and he buys grease to put on his coins to make them shiny-er]

Out of two boxes of pennies,(the poor mans silver :), first box found 7 wheats and one of them was a 1922D worth about $25 - $30. Second box found 8 wheats and one 1908 Indian Head G06 about $3.

@bhh Thanks! Dimes have always been good for me. 7 silver dimes in a box is awesome! Wish every box was like that

I'm new in C.T. Is this 1983 lincoln cent error on the reverse a "mint error"?

My last four boxes for this week had only 1 skunk, I pulled 16 pieces of silver, 2-90%ers and 14-40%ers, 2-64s one of each, also 3-65, 2-66, 2-67, 4-68, and 3-69s. Also found 7 Vietnam War and WWII Sticker Halves. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend. Hope you all find what you are looking for. Keep Stacking!!!

Thanks! It’s been a good run the last few weeks. I’m hopefully not smelling a skunk run! My spreadsheet says I am due one.

Found this 1920-D wheatie in the coin counter at the bank. My oldest wheatie from CRH was a 1923-S semi-key date. There was also $1 in clad and a Canadian quarter.

Hunted 18 boxes of dimes this week. 8 of the boxes were skunks, but I ended up getting 18 silver dimes from the 10 boxes that produced silver. Some of the nicer dates are a 1942-D merc, 1948-D, 1948-S, 1950, and 1951-S. Found 63 silver dimes in the past 2 months. Now, the only coin I’m missing in the silver Rosie set is the 1950-S. Also hunted 4 boxes in halves. Every coin in the first 3 boxes was marked with an “8” in red sharpie. 90% of the coins in box 4 had the same mark, but I did find a coin with a solid black edge in box 4; it ended up being a 1964 90% silver. Next week’s batch is gonna be my last large hunt for a while. Hopefully the hot streak continues!

Among the dimes was this beautiful 1967. The coin looks like it could have full bands. But I’m not sure if that’s corrosion on the obverse

Lastly, I got a decent score out of a Walmart coinstar. First time I’ve ever found a Susie B out of a coinstar. Also got a lion, a pineapple, and a crab
