    1 bank yesterday had $120 in MWR halves...1 NIFC.:sour:

Positioning my funds today to pickup a couple of half dollar orders coming in tomorrow and Thursday. I hope there is something worthwhile in this batch, and very few with bright pink fingernail polish on them :blackeye:

    HH everyone!

Thank you! I’m a bit of a special case, though. #1 I live in Europe. #2 my coins come in bags and not boxes.

P.S. The Obverse visible is not the near date variety unfortunately.

Just Finished up my first four boxes for this week, The first two boxes were skunks and I thought here we go again another skunk start to the week, I still had two unopened boxes to go, That is an exciting prospect, there is still a chance in my other two boxes. Boxes 3 & 4 were outstanding! I had 10 enders, two I missed, and I pulled 96 pieces of silver from two boxes. I also pulled a Clad 1995 Commemorative Half Dollar "Enriching Our Future By Preserving The Past" a thought sad to think individuals in our country are doing the opposite. Anyway! I pulled 11-90%ers, 1-58D Bennie, 1-59D Bennie 11-64, 83-40%ers, 8-65, 13-66, 23-67, 25-68, 14-69. Fantastic Start to the week.

I stopped at the last 3 banks on my list this month and asked for halves. 1 bank had $298.50 in mixed CWRs, MWRs, and loose, another had 1 loose, and another had $3.50 loose:

    2 NIFC in the loose.
Haven’t looked in the CWRs or MWRs, but this photo indicates a poor sign for the CWRs! 0A480D23-AA6B-4263-81B3-00A04E99CBC3.jpeg

MWRs yielded zero, but thankfully the CWRs held 1 40%er, 2 greaser bicentennials, and a “love token” (haha). DEB12FAB-67F6-43D2-BBF3-48E013F9FA98.jpeg

Picked up 6 boxes of halves so far this week with 3 more due at the end of the week. 1st box had (2) 40%ers and 1 worn 1987-P, plus about a whole roll of MS 1980-P. So, a decent start. 2nd box only had 2 NIFCs. Getting ready to start on 3rd box. Meanwhile, got a call from one of my favorite tellers in the neighboring town. She quit my bank to work for a bank for which I do not have an account. But she offered to save coins for me when I stop by. She also saved 90 large dollars (presumably non-silver Ikes) which I will pick up next week. These will be the first Ikes I have gotten in about a month, even though I always ask.

Well, I decided to hit a few more banks this month.

3 banks yielded $220 in MWR halves, 1 MWR rewrap, and 4 CWRs:

MWRs yielded nada, though I found the different style/color papers interesting.
    8B8EB5FC-6733-4B60-A1E0-381F83C0F607.jpeg

    nothing in the MWR rewrap.

1, 40% in the CWRs (pleasant surprise given the edge looks copper)

I picked up my two boxes of halves at bank number 4 where my favorite head teller works. She said I could pickup 200 Ikes tomorrow. The teller who had them in their lockbox wasn’t working today, so tomorrow it shall be.

I doubt I’ll take time to search the boxes tonight. I’ll report here when I search them.

    HH

    please note the 'error'.

The Kansas error is where the die press was dirty and so instead of "In God We Trust" it says "In God We Rust" The T is very weak or does not show.
