[QUOTE="Dude, what you got out of 3 boxes beats my life haul. How the effff do you get all this silver? My best box ever yielded 6 40%ers and a bunch of NIFCs. Or the one that I got 2 90% Bens and 2 40%ers. Crazy!![/QUOTE]

Except for the 2 Bens, this is EXACTLY how I feel...sigh...

I got 4 rolls of halves today (that is the max amount per week my bank lets me get). Only good things were 3 - 1983-D halves. No silver.

Finished my box that Trish will buy tomorrow.
It's been mostly useless for copper although one roll gave up 4 wheats (3 keepers).

Still can't figure out why I marked many of the rolls the way I did.

I’ve been away for work for 3 weeks working OT so no chance to ask for halves where I was working because of 9-5 bank hours. So now that I’m home tonight on my way home from work I stopped at 4 banks. 1 bank had 1 CWR halves, and another bank had a full $500 box. I bought the CWR, and had only $310 cash on me so I bought 31 MWRs out of the box.

The CWR held 3, 40%, and the only silver ender in the MWRs held 8, 40%. 8 silvers in one MWR is my new record! This was my first silver out of the new green label Loomis MWRs, so I broke the curse.

I’ll try and make time to open the remaining 30 MWRs tonight.

AND, I guarantee I’ll stop by the bank and buy the remaining 19 Loomis rolls tomorrow!

Bought some loose dollar coins and ended up with a cool Wyatt Earp medallion. Same size as a Presidential dollar but with a reeded edge.

I finished the MWRs and found the silvers in the photo. This was by far the best MWRs I’ve ever searched in my town in 4 years of searching.

I’ll probably order a couple boxes of halves when I pick up the remaining rolls from what remains of the partial box tomorrow. A40028A2-F47D-4266-A8AE-7FED5CEAC541.jpeg

Is it just me, or does that Frank Half look to be in great condition? Close ups if you don't mind :)

Well it's official I have the longest silver Skunk run in six years, 40 boxes. Three weeks. Did find some NIFC, a 2002s and and 87p.

Just have to push through till a new silver vein shows up. Good luck to everyone else searching.

May shift to Brinks next week just for a change of box supplier.

Good luck. 40 boxes would be almost 2 solid months for me. That would suck. Hopefully this coming week I get enough to meet my year goal (100 oz), 7 months early.

ace, the Franklin is a 1962 proof, which was my first Franklin proof find. Lots of spots on this coin, so not a great find. I'll keep the Franklin, the bicentennial silver proof, and the '64 JFK. I'll try and remember to post a photo of the Franklin proof sometime soon.

My first priority is to get back to the bank and buy the remaining 19 rolls from the $500 box. I will do it this afternoon. I am confident I'll find more silver in the 19 rolls given how the first 31 rolls produced.

Chatted it up with the bank manager today at Chase. She had an older quarter but wasn't giving it up. She thought it was silver by the sound. Asked me if it was actually silver, so I checked the date and it read 1962-D. Since I wasn't going to get it, I told her it's worth about $3 as of today. Dropped off a couple of Ikes for my teller hookup there, who's actually out on maternity leave now. Hopefully the manager does indeed hold onto them for her like she said.
Also got 2 CWR of small dollar coins and a CWR halves roll. Only one NIFC Chester A. Arthur that I probably won't even keep.

Karma is a real thing!! I just stopped into Bank of America across the street from my job and the teller actually had THREE Ikes for me to replace the two I gave to the other teller. Haha, you can't make this stuff up!!
