Congrats on the 87-P, I've only found one. As for the 2013's, tips or gifts to your favorite tellers?

Tex, I’m uncertain what to do with the 2013 halves from the mint bag. They’re all Philadelphia mint. I plan to sell the mint-rolled dollar coins on feebay, so perhaps I’ll try selling the 2013P halves in lots of 10 or 20 on feebay?

Or, I could simply spend them or use them as fill when I’m roll searching in the future. Seems a shame to put them in circulation...

Berto - Another option is to trade them out for coins you need with local collectors. I recently joined a local coin club and now know other guys that I could trade with. My boss and I trade coins on occasion.

Tex, good idea. I was recently invited to the local coin club’s monthly meeting in November.

I'm a member of a coin club. It's good stuff. I get good deals from the auctions and dealers there. Haven't done the trade thing yet but probably will now that you guys brought it up.

So I happened to do 4 boxes of cents, which is abnormal for me.
    They were very fun boxes
    58 (x4), 58D (x5), 57, 57D (x4), 56, 56(x2), 55 (x3), 54 (BU), 52D (x2), 51D, 47, 46 (x2), 46, 45, 44 (x5), 44D (x2), 41 (x3), 40 (x2, lamination error), 39, 38, 36 (x2), 34D, 30, 29D, 25, 24, 19 (x2), 18 (x2), 17
And, in one box, it contained
    1903, 1900 (x2) 1898 (x2) and 1896.
I've never found any Indian head cents before and now I find 6 in one box. It was really fun!
    And 55 wheats. I really can't complain 20171023_141759.jpg 20171023_141824.jpg 20171023_141836.jpg

Broke a 4+ box skunk streak when rolls 24 & 25 gave up (3) 40%ers. It was great to see the silver rims again!

We should all come together and start our own coin rolling business, undercut the competition and be able to search the coins for silver...

    If only...

This week started off well, No Skunks, I scored 9 pieces of silver, 1-63 Bennie, 2-67, 2-68, and 3-69 Plus a 76S Silver proof and 80S Clad proof. [IMG]This 9 pieces I found today put me over 5,000 pieces of silver since I started searching. I was a bit worried I wouldn't reach it this year, and I have been blessed to do so. 2 boxes of cents lastnight only gave up 13 wheats. 90% of the boxes were 17P so I was surprised to find anything.

    Finished 3rd box of halves. 99% 17P but there were 4 wheats and a 1960D RPM1.
Sorry for the bad pictures. I took it through a loupe with my iphone, then zoomed in on the computer, cropped the image, then rotated it.

I finally called WF to ask about ordering boxes of halves and they told me they had $760 in rolls if I wanted them. Boy howdy, I bought them all. Around a third of the rolls were marked, so I opened them last (skunks). The other rolls, however... total of 45 40% Kennedys, an 88-S proof, and an 87-P that I'm going to throw back.

    65 x1
    66 x 6
    67 x 10
    68-D x 19
    69-D x 9

Nice score JonJ! BTW, I'd keep the 87-P unless it is trashed. Very hard to find.....

Dang Arby! I can't even imagine 5,000 silvers! :cigar::cigar::cigar: How many years and how many total coins searched to reach your milestone?
