Left work sick today but still managed to round up my four boxes of halves. Salivating to open them but I have to wait for my girlfriend to get hers. We have a great time opening them together. Our two common interests are coin roll hunting and bowling. Go figure...

1 1969 with a hole on top of Kennedy's noggin.

14 40s dates including a '40-S

-small number of finds but the '44-D was cool, D mints are scarce for war babies.

Still slightly more than halfway through $90 in cents. And hating them.

 

Picked up 6 rolls of cents and 3 rolls of nickels:

Cents: '56, '59, 2017P x3, 3 Canadian
Nickels: '52, '58D

 

4 boxes of halves:

8 40%ers

 

(2 per not to bad,) I picked up $110. in CRH and a box of penny's, and $100.00 in dimes for next week after the back surgery I will have something to do.

I live in Canada so those are all I find lol

 

Wells Fargo coin machines left their branches today in my area. That will cut down my boxes of halves from 6-7 a week to 4. Kind of bummed. That and I screwed up my back bowling so I might not even be able to dump and get new boxes this week. It was a herniated disk that really hurts and has me bed ridden in extreme pain right now.

 

Bmann, sorry to hear of the double whammy.

Possible Solution: Have your girlfriend pickup and deposit your coins for you while your back is healing? If she does this, then you should make her your wife!

 

whoooo boy, I have the same thing. Happened in '04. It took a while (months) but I can now do medium duty chores and I can handle one box of coin at a time. Even with one box I still need to be careful.

I hurt my shoulder a week and a half ago so badly that I couldn't raise my right arm for 3 days. Feeling much better now, but it did seriously affect my life and, of course, roll hunting. It's tough getting old.

Well guys I am day 2 out from back surgery, I bought some coins for searching after , But there is no way I could sit or lean to do any of that right now. Pretty bad pain at this point , But still Kicking. I hope you feel better guys.

 

Sorry you're in pain. I might have the back surgery too. Right now I am in pain with a bulging disk but still able to carry boxes and dump at the bank. Tomorrow I have 4 boxes of halves coming in.
