Went out looking for some nice halves. Found 22.50 worth. The quarter I received was the most exciting find.
Pretty impaired if I say so myself. If I hadn't flipped it over probably wouldn't have noticed. It's a clad btw

I absolutely *love* the fact that we can still find Mercs in the wild. Few and far between, but still... they are out there.

So far a bust for halves this weekend (1 box) besides NIFCs and this oddity. Thought was 90% but now not thinking so but wanted to ask opinions on it. No mint mark. Edge looked silver at first but think someone jacked with it. IMG_4769.JPG IMG_4770.JPG IMG_4771.JPG

I looked through $80 in nickels last weekend, but found nothing worthy of mention, which is why I've been quiet...I've another $240 worth to look through when I've time. Hopefully, given I will have searched a total of 6,400 nickels by then, I'll find something worth posting!

    Good luck everyone!

In half way through of a penny box ...nothing interesting...so far just a few wheat from 40s and 50s...I'll post as soon as I'm done.

Yesterday did a box of halves skunk. On business trip today, drive through a small town. Hit 4 banks. $30 CWR and $20 loose produced 1 90%er and 3 40%ers. One of the 40%ers has a huge hole drilled in it though. Will put that one in the special bin.
