I thought I was just going to dump halves today but the bug bit so i stopped at another bank (that usually has nothing). Lo and behold $700 in halves. I wasn't sure about getting them all because I suspected a dump. Sure enough the rolls come and I see several wrappers with X on them.

But I wound up with 43 part silver and the need to re-dump the clad. So I did and then I decides to stop once more at a fourth bank.

Only one roll. But it was a good one:

Summary: 20 walkers including 1917, 1918-D and many more D and S mint coins. Added to 43 part silver halves that's 63 silver coins and almost 14 ounces in one day!

CT, were those CWR or BWR? I am learning that there are three types of rolls. Machine Wrapped Roles (what comes in Boxes), Customer Wrapped Rolls (untampered rolls that customers bring in), and Bank Wrapped Rolls that the banks put together from what customers bring in as loose halves). When I get BWR they are usually someone elses dumps.

Sorry I haven't posted any finds this week. I ordered 9 boxes but one branch forgot to order. So only searched 7 Loomis boxes. First four were skunks. However, box 5,6, and 7 made up.

    From top to bottom.

Great Finds Truble. I'm only doing 4 1/2 boxes this week due to me doing 8 boxes last week. I hit 12 banks yesterday for loose halves and got nothing. The most I have ever gotten out of a box was 16 silvers which pales in comparison to what you get.

  12. Found this in a roll. 1943 S. It is well traveled. Also, I have been finding a boat load of 1964's. Almost 1 or 2 in each roll.

If you look them up, you'll see that 64s are the most common older nickel - they made a ton of them. I've had rolls with 10 1964s.

I'm back in the states (again) this week and part of next. My son fell off the slide at school and broke his elbow pretty badly (Had surgery at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore to fix it) so I got to come home to help out my wife with everything. It's tough for her doing the single mom thing for a 5 year old, 6 month old, 2 dogs, and 4 cats... So ready for this year to be done. 8 months left. Hopefully I will still have some contacts at my old CRH banks so I can get boxes again when I get back. I put in a lot of leg work getting a good set up.

$230 in CWR Quarters and I have my 2nd hole filler quarter in 2 weeks. A miracle!!

Of course, one of the quarters was this one:

Also $135 in CWR Dimes were unfortunately a skunk. 3 dimes short, and one of the dimes I did get was this one:

Nice hole filler quarter! I love Aruba coinage, I've got a couple of the square Aruba coins, cool stuff. What's the story behind the canadian coin rev.?
