    couple finds here.
    grease-struck quarter.
    NICE roll of clad Kennedys.
My YOUNG teller told me ha had a roll of quarters and gave half out through the window before he realized it was an entire silver roll. He said he didn't recognize the design. Did he have a whole roll of Standing Libertys??? I wonder what years they were.

WOW! FOUR of those have mint luster! How many pre-60s did you get, and were there any Buffalos? I'd try to get another box from that bank ASAP!

Just keep plugging away... the War Nickels are out there. I've found 73 to date (including a full set of them) in approximately 90 boxes worth searched in 8 months.

I think war nickels are more prevalent in some parts of the country than others. True needles in a haystack in my neck of the woods

That was the first 39-D after going through 194,560 nickels (at least according to my spreadsheet). I didn't think to snap a pic before throwing it in my circulated folder, unfortunately. Next time I haul out the folders I'll see if I can pop it out and take one.

Only visited three banks the other day and the teller at the first one was adamant there were no halves to be had. But her colleague in the vault smiled and held up her hand. She told me she had some good ones. At least she thought they were good ones. They were old. Someone emptied a safe deposit box: 3 64's and 28 part silvers... all very new looking. 30 pictured here.

Picked up $200 in CWR Quarters and $15 in CWR Dimes yesterday.

    Filled 2 slots!

The first was a 2016-D dime. Nothing special, I just didn't have one yet. :)

The real surprise was this silver quarter!

I also found a bunch of new Parks quarters that I know will fill or update slots in my collection. But seeing as how this 1951 is the first silver quarter I've found in at least half of a year, that was a bit more exciting. :)

There were 4 Canadian quarters and one GB 10 Pence coin also. But... since there were 2 extra quarters in the rolls, and since there was a silver coin, I don't feel too cheated this time.
