Give it some time, and I guarantee you will find some '39 dated coins... and the occasional Buffalo.

An update on the Morgan dollar I found. I managed to take the mass of coin and it comes in at 18.16 grams. This is about 8.6 grams less than what it should be. So I'm leaning towards the idea that it's fake. Unless, as someone said earlier, it was exposed to acid at some point over the last 118 years and that wore away at the coin, leading to its current state.

I'll probably take it to a coin shop for an expert opinion, since I've done all I can do.

I ended up depositing $70 worth of halves at a second bank. The tellers at the second bank were thrilled to see them and three of them bought them as soon as I deposited them. They said they rarely see them and planned to keep them for themselves...funny how it works out.

Well I'm on vacation in a rural area in Michigan. I'm about to go try and order half dollars at the local bank. Hopefully it works out!

Just did 2 rolls of halves last night and 6 rolls of pennies (14more to go). Found a '68 Kennedy, tons of Bicentennial halves and about several p,d halves of certain dates. Think there is another roll searcher in my area because several were marked on the back with a black sharpie. Also found several midly off center Kennedy's.
    For pennies found 4 wheats
    1956
    1956 d
    1946
    1913 d
Cant wait to go through the rest.

The 13-D cent is a nice find. What condition is it in?

Well, even in AG-3, the 13-D is still about a $2 coin, assuming no damage.

No, I got it in a roll of pennies from the bank. Got about 20 rolls total for a 4-H project I am doing and stumbled across it.

I searched 50 dollars in dimes and nothing. 10 dollars of pennies and had 3 wheats oldest being 1934. I have 20 dollars of nickels left to go.

I was able to find a bank that would order for me. I ordered 4 boxes of halves and 6 boxes of pennies.
