Yeah the 76 halves are the highest mintage clad halves out there since they minted them for two years.

    2 Boxes of Halves

    box 1: 1963 D
    box 2: Nothing

On the bright side I got a Morgan and a Peace dollar given to me from my family tonight (common dates but still pretty cool). I also got about eight rolls of Wheat pennies that I am going through right now.

Cool! I purchased 2000 Wheaties for a hundred bucks, been going through them for several hours now, found a 1913 S, 1909 VDB, 3 1909s, and already completed 2 1941-1958 wheat sets! I'm gonna have a lot to go through.

Picked up this week's box o' cents and found it was solid 2015-P's still in their bank wrappers. I'll be releasing them back to the wild later this morning. Hopefully more luck with nickels and dimes this afternoon!

Since school has been time consuming lately I haven't been able to do much coin roll searching, but I did get to stop at the bank yesterday where they had 4.5 in halves and 2 dollar coins
    I got
1971 and 72 Ikes (I love Ikes so it was a pleasant surprise)
    And 3 40%ers 2 1969D and 1 1968D

Posted this over in Ike thread too but
Stopped by my regular pick up bank a couple weeks ago and they had $6,000 in Ikes in the vault! stretched the budget and took them all. found
    1 bi-cent P v1 really beat up
    1 bi-cent P v1 better grade
    1 bi-cent S proof copper clad v1 60 or better
3x 1973-D (clad of course) one better grade

that's it. No silver. pretty lean for $6k

But, since these were out of the loop of being carted from bank to bank to bank by others CRHunters, I though I'd order at my regular bank again. Sometimes they can get a bag or 2. They came through with another $6k !! So finished all the first batch and deposited them and picked up the second batch.
I've done the first bag and found
1880-O Morgan in AU, maybe even 61 condition. Nice one.
    a silver plated 72 ; (..
    a Bi-Cent P v1 in AU,
    a Bi-Cent S proof clad v2.
Almost half this bag was AU or better and probably 25% is 60 or better. Really nice quality.
all in all a WAY better bag, and that's just the first one. will keep hunting

You can sell Ikes in bulk for a little over face I think. And save the ones you think are 65 or higher, those are scarce and are worth money.

Weekly 2 boxes of halves... skunk. My luck has turned.
I did find a single 40% in $3 loose halves so that helps a tiny bit.
And this was in one box:

How did you get your first 6K back? That's a heavy load to bring to the coin machine.

    $50 in CWR dimes - 1946 Roosie

$100 in mixed CWR/BWR nickels: 1944-S (x3), 1944-P, and a oddly toned 1957-D. The picture didn't turn out well, but in person it's a deep copper tone. All in all, that's my best day hunting in quite a while.
