Back in the game after a bit of a vacation - and a stern warning that I was not to "accidentally" pack a box or two of coins to sift through.

$25 BWR Cents: 12 wheats (none noteworthy) and 504 coppers

    $80 CWR Nickels: 23 pre-1960 keepers and 2 war nicks (both 43-P)

I'm on vacation in MN, but I've found time to go through some BWR nickels each evening. Mostly I'm finding very low quality coins here, as the banks use coin machines for every coin that comes in. But I have found a few recently minted AU Denver coins to take home with me.

My big find so far is a well circulated 1982-S nickel. :)

I found nothing searching through 5,000 dimes. There is always next time.

    Two boxes Loomis halves...nothing.
    One box nickels...proof 2004-S, 2004 Swiss 20 Rappen, handful of pre-1960...nothing special.
However, it was my first nickel box to NOT have a Canadian within.
One box cents...6 wheats, a bright red 1959, 15 Canadian.

Ok guys question, I'm spending next weekend housesitting my aunts house. I have 750 dollars, what boxes should i buy? I was thinking 2 nickel boxes and 2 dime boxes, but i want your opinions
And i don't have time to order halves :(

@ace71499, it looks like you have enough to get 2 boxes of cents, too.

If you get a nice teller, try asking for "older" looking coins. I hate when they give me a whole box of shiny new Lincolns, etc.

I check them in the car, and if there new I go back in to get a different box!

One teller at my bank looks at them first. If they're new she looks for another that isn't.
    I like my bank.

3 silver dimes this week at work. 2 already in registers; 1 in a roll.

Looks like you broke even on the dimes :) hehehehe

2 Boxes of halves today. One box was a skunk, the other was great. 5 - 40%, two of them were enders. 3- 90%. And one much coveted 1970 S. (40%, proof condition).

Two boxes halves: three 40%, one clad proof (1984-S), and thirty NIFC. The first box was the DIRTIEST I've seen in two years of roll searching, with lots of black sticky crap on many coins in each roll.
