Just got around to tallying up the $200 in cents I did over the long weekend:

    108 wheats (oldest were 1914 and 1916)
    1998 WAM (my 40th)
    1976 Maine state counterstamp

how many wheats do you usually find in a box? whenever i get cents they're all 2013 or 2014

I like to average 10 per box. This week's boxes and bags gave me almost 3 "free" boxes worth of wheats :)

    $1500 of Loomis halves yielded:
    1 1966
    4 2013-D and 7 other post-2001
    1998-S clad proof
    1987-D
    1975 1/2 Balboa (Panama)

Lots of mildew, like the majority of the coins had been sitting someplace damp for a long time.

$10 CWR cents this morning: 4 wheats, the other $9.96 pretty evenly split between pre- and post-1981.
    $4 nickels: 1939-P and 1940-P

I'm getting two boxes of Brinks halves anyone care to speculate as to possible findings? Is Brinks very good based on Roll Searchers past experience?

When i do brinks rolls, i usually get 2 per box, but ive gotten 4 one time. Also it varies per area, you could find 0 or 100 (hopefully 100).

I have had multiple boxes with ZERO silver, but many halves from 2002 to 2013, and the occasional proof. Recently I have had better luck with Customer Wrapped Rolls, though they are often difficult to find.

Bank teller said she accidentally gave away a 1959 quarter she was saving for me, so...she said she had $190 in CWR of halves that have been sitting in the vault for a long time. I got excited, and was searching the rolls WHILE I was driving home. My final tally......0......going to take them back to their coin machine and deposit back into my account.

I don't know what to think, my usual bank switched from Loomis to brinks, should i be happy or sad? I"m 75% done with a cent box and have found 10 wheats including a 1918 which was cool

got paid with $500 in tens- 1x 2009 star

i then went to the bank and traded the remaining $490 for CWR quarters- 17x bicentennial, 1962 Netherlands coin, 1 token from the local arcade, 3 canadian quarters (all 2010), 1 SBA dollar, 1 Massachusetts proof

also got a loose half, colorized 2012-P with Mitt Romney on it

    lots of weird stuff today
