Found this in a roll of dimes at work today. No idea what it is but it looks nice.

 

It's a Russian 10 Kopek

Bought lunch today and got a war nickel in my change! Not the best condition but it's the silver that counts!

searched a box of nickels and it was a skunk box, did find a silver dime in the tellers tray today so it wasn't all bad of a day for silver hunting.

Box of Nickels...a very good box for me!

27 pre1960 including 1943P War and 1944P War
4xCND (1982 [hole filler], 1983, 1984, 1992)
1963 AU and 1966 AU
...and a 1914 Buffalo Nickel. It's in bad shape but still cool for 5 cents. It's probably in AG condition at best. That moves my earliest Buff found CRH from 1915 to 1914.

 

How did you manage to get the silver dime? Did you just ask the teller to check her dimes?

 

7 rolls halves (bwr & cwr) and about 20 loose from cash trays.....skunk

did manage to dig up 2 Barbers with detector yesterday. 1895-o quarter and 1916-s dime.

 

holy cow great find. I am gonna get $100 in dime rolls today. wish me luck.

 

2 boxes of nickels - 40-D, 41-D, 3X41-S, 42-S, 2X43-P, 44-P, 47-S, 48-D, 49-D, 49-S, 51, 52-S, 56, 57, 59 & 75 Canadian.

The four Wars came from one box which is my best for Wars so far. And overall, the other keepers were nice, especially the 49-S. It's always nice to get those.

Still waiting on a 39-D from circulation. That's the only one I haven't found in the wild yet.
