Hit some banks today looking for halves but had no luck. Pick up 3 clad Ikes. Decided to hit the flea market up in my town after finding no cheap bank silver. Got 9 Mercury dimes for $17 and traded 2 boxes of old sports cards and other memorabilia for 2 ASE's! Ended up trading a ASE for my first Maple Leaf.

I went to my dumping bank yesterday and went in to use the coin machine. So before I start dumping, I check the rejects like I always do, and I actually found coins! There were 3 ordinary pennies, a dime stuck to a copper penny, and a 1916 wheatie! Pretty good figuring I didn't have time to get any coins.

Post Sandy work canceled hunt is turning out quite well! If I could get one specific denomination before the end of the day, I could pull off the elusive quad collection (doubt it)! Full report later.
