Really? There was a truck with paint that caught on fire a few days back on the freeway, we videotaped it, the fire spread to the tank and BOOM!

Having a decent day so far....picked up a candy dish at a yard sale for a buck. According to what I've read about it on the net, it's definitely silver. Got some halves and 2 boxes of dimes to work on. More later...

Had a good day 1962 quarter, 43p,43s,45s silver nickels, and 11 wheats including 1917, 1910.
Two boxes of cents this week had 46 wheats and over 1,300 coppers. The bank we deal with has had a ton of wheats turn up the last four days we have had over 10 each day including an AU red 1934 I found Thursday. That's why I bought the two boxes I had quit searching pennies for months when a friend said she bought a bow and found 23 wheats I told I only average about 7 per box, these two were great surprises. I've got 8 boxes of halves coming Thursday and I figure I'll look through more pennies this week when I have time. I just don't have the eyes to look for RPM's or errors :( so I'm just hanging on to the copper til I find a taker or I may try ebay seems to be selling OK there.

Yeah....upon further researching, looks like it's just silver plated. "Wakefield IS 548" on the back. Still it was fun to pick thru the stuff!

    As for today's CRH:
    box of halves: 1 - 90%, 3 - 40% and a '73 clad proof
    box 1 dimes - '52D
    box 2 dimes - skunk
