Picked up $9.50 in some loose halves from two banks. Yielded one '65.

 

Today's results:
$3 Pennies: 41 copper
$12 Nickles: 1949P, 1958D
$20 Dimes: Skunk
$240 Quarters: Skunk

I live in Los Angeles, so we get all the D coins, you probably know I gripe about needing Ps. Well, today made up for that. EVERY quarter of that $240 was an ATB Arizona P. EVERY SINGLE ONE. 960 of a quarter I already have. Stupid Flanders. I can't figure out who else to blame.

10 rolls of nickels... one buffalo '36, 4 pre 60, and a canadian. Picked up 4 ikes.

$120 in cwr halves. Could tell they were searched but still squeezed out a 2000 S.

 

$250 BWR dimes: 1 - 1963 VF grade
$45 CWR dimes: skunk

 

$500 bag, 2 roosies.

 

Hi everyone....back from vacation. Went to DC and saw the coin display in the Smithsonian and toured the BEP. Great fun.

That's about par for me lately (excepting that one big score from CWR).

Are you guys ready for this terrible week I happened upon....

I'm including the $250 mix of BWR and CWR dimes in that total that I just went through on my lunch break. I get in a mood when I go through that much coin and don't find anything worth keeping and keep getting shorted small amounts at the coin counter.

I was off to a great start this month too.

I've got a quarter box stuffed with 50 empty quarter and 50 empty dime wrappers in my car. I think I'll throw that in the BBQ tonight. I like the way your thinking.

Long time reader first time posting, thought todays box of nickels was definetly post worthy, got 5 war nickels, 5 buffalos, and an 09p all in the same box.

Today's results:
$10 Nickles: 39P, 40P, 40S, 43SWar, 53P 58D.
$10 Dimes: Skunk
$180 Quarters: Skunk.

Odd, a bunch of the quarter rolls had three extra, for a total of $8.25 extra for free. I think whoever wrapped them didn't count them, just filled up a tube, and it was three quarters too long.
