That would be one way to do it - I don't know for sure what happened to it but those are some vibrant colors for a 2011 coin

Should have 6 boxes of halves coming this week. After this week though, I'm going back to just 4/week. 6 is just too much for me to handle dumping-wise.

1 box of halves last night produced 4 x 40%. 65,67,68,69 all but one had an almost black edge but I am not complaining. I will get one more box tonight and then we are off to Houston Tx for a week. My grandson is going to pick us up 2 boxes next week.

    Any advice Bobbeth?

Good luck everyone and remember, show me the SILVER!!

Seems there are lot of skunk boxes of dimes going around. At least got them all out of the way for the silver to start pouring in.

My best box of halves ever so far :) 10 40%ers! and it had about 5 rolls worth of beautiful gold toned BU halves, mostly 1979-P and 74-D!

    Box of halves today.....Skunk

My last 8 boxes have produced 1 40%er in total
My last 31 boxes have produced 25 silvers in total- 20 40%ers and 5 90%ers

    BLECK!

Less than one per box. Other than the solid roll of 40%ers I got from a CWR, I'm having terrible luck......

    Box of halves: Skunk

Had a good feeling about it, it was from a new branch of the same bank that produced those great boxes last week. I guess it from an earlier batch. Next week is going to be big (for me): Two boxes a day Tuesday through Friday!

((Sorry this is off-topic, I didn't want to start a new thread that would be :dead-horse:, and this is one of the busiest threads on CT.))

Can someone PM and let me know what album would be best for wheat pennies, and the cheapest place to find it? Thanks!

can someone post some photos of non silver halves they are keeping.

i come across a lot of mid 90's and a few early 70s halves that look pretty good as far as wear and tear. I base it off the hair on the observe and the round parts of the posts above the eagles head on reverse.

i dont want to be dumping coins I should keep.

That's a good question.....Often wondered myself, Like a coin that's half beat todeath and someone eeks cause you have it on a table without a cloth.......It's like it survived a thousand years all across the world and that one time has just absolutley ruined it,ROFL..Not making fun of a serious collector mind you, but really....rolls?

I'm not trying to be rude but what post were you replying to? you should use the "Reply With Quote" link at the bottom of posts when you are replying to them so people don't wonder what the heck you're talking about.

Sorry again,Didn't realize I didn't do that? Was referring to what someone asked how it's uncirculated if found in rolls? Seems i've goofed a million threads....:(
