#3 would be "Repeat #2 until you find said rejected coin".

    Yesterday:
    $290 BWR halves: Skunk
    $65 BWR dimes: Skunk
$100 CWR dimes: Skunk. Seems like people in the city know how to count to fifty, too, so I didn't even get any extra.

Still have about $170 CWR dimes left for today.

EDIT: Well, I finished up the rest, just one silver Roosie.

Grabbed $320 of CWR halves on friday. Searched it all and was skunked. Went out to gas station the same night for some snacks and bought the 3.50 in halves the guy had in his tray. Low and behold a 1966 40%er!! Score!

You guys are killing me. I had a terrible month. Well over 12k searched with no big finds and just barely 3 ozs silver. Boxes over the weekend were no good.
    Box 1 - skunk
    Box 2 - skunk
    Box 3 - 1968 ender nothing else!!!!
    Box 4 - skunk
This is after I dumped $1250 in halves and $750 in dimes. I did manage $1 in Canadian
It was not worth it or much fun this month. Maybe I covered my gas but just barely.

My bank wants to charge for shipping to order boxes of halves. Is this normal? seems strange to me...

Check a different branch, or a different bank. You'll find most are cool with it so long as it's not excessive.

My half boxes this week were lousy. Pulled a 64. Dimes and Quarters were worse.

Bought a box of nickels for the weekend. Pulled 3 war nickels. I have read several times here that people are keeping nickels older than 1960. Any specific reason for this other than buffs or the war nickels?

Haven't posted in one week.....my report:

    1 box of halves: Skunk
    $100 in BWR halves: Skunk
    6 rolls of dimes: Skunk
    35 rolls of nickels: Skunk
    1 $1000 bag of dimes: 1 '51 Roosie

    Whew! Ugly

DON'T LAUGH AT ME.....But it was getting so bad, that I kept throwing a Canadian dime in my bag of dimes so that I could have the momentary thrill of seeing a white edge. I "found" it 3 times, lol. I finally found the one silver after about 9000 dimes with a 1000 to go.

I went through 40 boxes of halves last week and found 4 each 64's and 15 each 65-70. I average between $120-400 a week in silver based on the current silver prices. The most boxes I have gone through without finding a coin is 20 but have found up to 40 coins in one box. I usually find one 90% to four 40% halves. My bank doesn't charge me any service charges and I buy the tellers donuts once a week for their trouble. I don't know my exact average but I would say I average one a box.

Searched a box of Loomis wrapped halves this morning. No enders and was expecting nothing as usual but found
    1-1969
    1-1968
    1-1933 walking liberty!
    1-1914 Barber half!
each of these were in different rolls. The cool thing is i was at this branch to buy dimes and nickels because they never have or will order halves for me. I showed up at the same time as loomis and saw the box. It was like pulling teeth to get them to sell it to me but thank god they did.

2 boxes of nickels, 4 wars, 1 buff, and a couple BU's for my album. I'll take it.

3 boxes of dimes, nothing, box of quarters, nothing. Ew.
