"Shine" and "condition" are two different things! What would they grade?
Almost proof" isn't a thing, since proof coins are a whole different creature altogether. An entirely different method of manufacture. These are business strike dimes.
Sure, you could tuck away the roll if you wanted to. I'm sure they're really pretty. Mint-fresh coins often are. Will the roll appreciate in value over the years? Maybe, but it's likely to take a long time. Still, setting aside five bucks isn't any great burden, so why not? If you wanted to.
Or, as @Beardigger suggested, keep a few of the best ones and spend the rest.
