Hmm, since it's pi day, i'll bust out some (bad) math:

taking the integral of the surface area of a penny out to the approximate 4" radius of the cylinder, and knowing the thickness of a cent is 0.061", gives INT pi * x^2 (0"->4"), bump the lower limit to .5" to account for inefficiency in circles surrounded by circles, gives definite integral -> INT (pi*r2^2) - (pi*r1^2)^2 * H/T = pi*18"/0.061" * (16 - 0.25) = 4647.54

so, my semi-educated guess will be 4648/prize A and I am certain I will be wrong because I only took one semester of calculus in college and it was at 8am (not a good combination) .
