Rim Damage

    I agree with the comments so far. The obverse scratch seems to be a bigger problem since it is not from ordinary circulation. The rim bump would be more consistent with a lower circulated grade and would be more likely to pass.

Well, it (the second coin) seems to fit the image and description for F-12 at the Barber Coin Collector's Society pretty well http://www.barbercoins.org/Barber-Halves-Grading.shtml and it looks to me as good as the example at Photograde, but it does have that little spot by her eye, and the laurels at the back of her head are a little weak. I'm kind of new to some of this. My, but you guys are a tough crowd!
