[QUOTE="Daggarjon, post: 1022503, member: 4230"]RickeyB is doing great - well, as great as can be. The docs give him great odds for beating his illness, but as Rickie says - it will always be lurking. RickieB, the misses and (not so -) little AJ are going fine and tending to Rickie as best they can while he fights like a bandit to kick this things behind! He misses all his friends on the forums and wishes he had the time and energy to continue sharing with all of us as we all share our exciting finds, additions and comments.

While RickieB may not post in the forums, he will never be gone! He has helped alot of us learn, grow and helped many become interested in this hobby. When i first started on CT, i was practically the only person browsing the paper money forum. A single post every couple/few days was the biggest action i saw here. Then RickieB came along. I am not dissing anyone else, but IMHO RickieB brought more to the PM forum than any of us. He brought energy, a depth of knowledge, and so many high end notes, few of us will every match. RickieB was one of the most generous individuals i know. Dozens of us were recipients of winnings from his contests or giveaways or just his goodwill. He loved, and still loves the hobby. He will always cherish that which he achieved with his collection. I am proud of his achievement here on Cointalk. Wihout his friendly personality, i often wonder how many familair faces we would see hear......

RickieB is doing well, and my prayers go to him and his family that he endures a long life with his wife and son!

I hope his legacy of friendliness, the aptitude to learn and help others learn and grow, all prosper and thrive in this community and the hobby as a whole.
