    Thank you! The rest of the coin has some issues but that portrait is one of my favorites of all of my coins. I agree those sideburns and mustache look so cool and kind of modern! He must have had a unique look that was clearly communicated well to the mints.

    I really like the style of your Milan coin. I don’t have one of those yet.

    Years ago, my Quintillus coin kicked off a thread on Ancient Beards, Mustaches and Sideburns that was fun while it lasted.
