Results from my latest 6 coin gold submission

I had 6 vouchers expiring soon, so sent a few gold in.

MS61. Super clean looking for 61, in my opinion


AU58. I thought it had a shot at MS, which being a rarer date would have been worth it


AU58. Same story for this one. I like the odd raised bumps on the reverse rim at 10-11:00. Have not seen any others like this.


AU55. Came out of a AU details cleaned NGC holder. I didn't think she was cleaned. Has a retained cud error on the reverse, but wanted to test the grade before I paid the extra error fees.

AU55. I loved the color.


MS61. I was hoping for prooflike, and still think it is. I figured it would either grade cleaned or PL. Maybe NGC would grade it prooflike?

'61 stinks. I always hated the grade. Better served with an AU-58 or an '63. Those two specimens do not deserve '61........

 

Nice batch! I love the AU58 grades. Implies just a nice touch of commerce.

 

Beautiful coins! Would you say NGC gives out "cleaned" more often than PCGS?

 

Hard to say really. I was surprised ngc detailed this one.

Why is this IHE graded MS61?
I see a really nice MS63.
The other coins are graded correct i.m.o.

 

I would say the $10 Indian ran into a tight grader. Nice!
