Maybe a son with Cesira Fannucchi? Not sure.</p><p><br /></p><p>He is also credited as the creator of the extremely rare 1911 silver long-whiskered dragon dollar (I assume?? under Puyi and his father and regent Prince Chun who was also a reformer like his brother the Guangxu Emperor) as well as the less popular lower denomination cash coins.</p><p><br /></p><p>At this time Yuan Shikai was fresh out of forced retirement serving as prime minister of the imperial cabinet soon to be president.
