He mentions China, the Philippines, and other areas where he says we deployed men who lose their lives or become wounded or scared physically and mentally to protect the interests of millionaires who do not fight and, in the case of some like China, spend lives and large amounts of money to protect relatively small personal fortunes and business interests.
