Yesterday 12 cents in the slot. Almost better than a sharp acid dipped stick in the eye. Today, I am due 83 cents change in the self serve, it gives me 84 and the extra one was a worn 1955-D. I saw the 55 and I was like, oh that would be nice a DD.
But then under the loupe I saw the D. It's so beat up it's not even worth 2 cents.

Good day at the coinstar machine. Not even out of my way while approaching my ATM, scooped up a couple coins and put them in my pocket, forgot about them until cleaning out my pockets last night. Canadian dime and '46 quarter. Woo-hoo!

I never find anything in a CoinStar. Today, at the grocery store, while my wife was settling up, I swung by the CoinStar to look...and there was a bunch of copper in the reject slot! Turns out they were all common Lincolns, so I left them on the machine for the next user.

Still waiting for that key date rarity to show up.

Does anyone know what this is? Found on the shelf. I don't think it's an arcade token, and I don't think it is a game piece as it seems to be well made. There is a horse and a "pole" (strip club? carousel?) on one side and a capital C on another. I thought it might be some "men's club token" or from some amusement park? The light makes the photo difficult it is silver/steel colored. Any answers, guesses, ridicule will be appreciated.
While I have pulled a number of monster finds, money, silver, old coins, nice old foreigns, I have yet to pull a silver foreign.

I don't know. But horse/pole and the C looks like a carousel theme. Maybe an amusement park token.

11 cents on the grill. I'll take it.
    And I did.

Fun Factory token on the grill. IDK what that is (arcade?). I don't think there is one in town, but I am out of the loop.

28 cents on the shelf behind the grill. None of the coins are damaged. Sometimes when they overload the grill to drop the coins in, there is a splash back. Otherwise,
IDK why anyone would put those 4 coins there.

I have gotten coins in the reject slot, on the grill, on the shelf, on the floor, under the machine, wedged into the coin acceptor at the end of the grill but today was a first. 98% of a dime was underneath the shelf past the back of the grill. I figured it was wedged, but it slid right out.

A couple days ago was a small handful of misc change. I always let the kiddo go first heading out of the Grocery store. His last score was nearly $20.
