Reeding/edge issue/question on two ‘99D dimes

    I’m not sure if this would be considered an error or not, but come across two dimes with reeding/edge issues. Wasn’t able to find anything remotely close to this on Error-ref.com, so any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

    Looks "normal", rim just isn't struck up. insufficient pressure and/or the press running fast enough that the metal just doesn't have enough time to flow completely. If you look for these you will find them fairly often.
