I ran a random number generator from 1 to 1000....whoever is #995 on your list can have the spot.

We need a new coin, the .55 cent piece, ya know because that's what a stamp costs, but perhaps since everything is done online now, email, and payments, maybe we shuld just price the new coin at 1 month of internet connection instead.

How about a forever coin to match the stamp? So it would be 55 cents now and would go up (or down) with the change in the price of a stamp.

I would be happy with the original Lincoln from 1909-1919 and go back to the wheat reverse. Not very imaginative I know........I guess it's the nostalgia in me, sort of like comfort food.

Is that because of the hat, sunglasses, mustache or all of the above?

It had better be a full-sized dollar coin and not a small dollar, if it's to feature my bulk on there! :bag:

Here is what I would do (here I am talking base coins) for designs I would go with one side being Liberty and a other being the something that sums up the an aspect of the American experience (the Dollar would be the exception I would go Gasparro's original design for the small dollar but it the current gold colour.

    one Cent = Gone
Five Cent to quarter no change
half Dollar = New smaller in the same gold as the dollar coin is now
Dollar =I don't see a need to change in but I would eliminate the dollar
Two dollar= bimetal like the Canadian Toonie or British Two Pound coin

I would like to see a return to the Standing Liberty Quarter and Walking Liberty half, they seem so elegant to me.

A new half dollar with the winged liberty motif. Reduce in size about 25%.
