The Arras token (these are fantasies and not actual coins, though they are often erroneously called coins) and the ring, if you have one, will be worth the gold value and have little numismatic value. Any additional value will be as a jewelry item, subject to all the rules that apply to that market. I am not a jewelry appraiser, of course. Sorry, but this is absurd on a few different levels.

Regarding this "made for the King of Spain" nonsense: Spain was ruled by a queen (Isabella II) in 1865.
That is a Mexican style eagle, and Mexico was independent of Spain long before 1865.
Don't get your hopes too high over those crazy price quotes. I personally believe you'd be very lucky to get that $500 from the low end of the quote... if that. And if somebody offers you $22,000 for that, TAKE IT!!!
Mind you, I'm just a coin guy. Again, this an item for the jewelry market. There's no real coin involved. Edit: I just realized I spent all that time responding to a seven-year-old resurrected post. LOL  These things do have a way of resurfacing, don't they? Oh well.
