I like this coin that I had been looking for now for a while, GTG if you like:

Nice! Maybe 35? (40 or better if I'm selling... ;))

A little wear, nice toning, I like it. Thanks for sharing.

Hmm, best seen in hand I suppose. Much more lustre remains than I can show - maybe I will try another picture later today; probably not that important but I am trying to learn how to take iPhone pictures that remotely resemble coins.

Don’t think so - kind of digging it there. Here is an EF40 by PCGS complete with edge ding and compare the obverses:

For this series in particular, I zero in on the wingtip detail probably more than I should. I get a general sense of the state of the garland and LIBERTY band for the obverse. But I have very limited experience in this condition range, so I'll be watching for the reveal.

This really isn't my series, and with out looking at other examples, I maybe think that there is a shot at 45, if the coin hasn't been messed with a little in the past. There is a rim ding on the reverse side.
It has a stronger brow and a bit more Liberty detail. And the eagles wing tips and breast feathers around the shield are stronger.
The OP's also seems to have some a little luster around the devices. I don't think it has enough luster for a 50 though.

    50. I think 45 prob realistic but it is a nice coin and didn’t want to spend thousands
