For this series in particular, I zero in on the wingtip detail probably more than I should. I get a general sense of the state of the garland and LIBERTY band for the obverse. But I have very limited experience in this condition range, so I'll be watching for the reveal.
This really isn't my series, and with out looking at other examples, I maybe think that there is a shot at 45, if the coin hasn't been messed with a little in the past. There is a rim ding on the reverse side. It has a stronger brow and a bit more Liberty detail. And the eagles wing tips and breast feathers around the shield are stronger. The OP's also seems to have some a little luster around the devices. I don't think it has enough luster for a 50 though.
