In fact there is a great deal of similarity to what she said above and what I have been saying for the past year or two on this forum.</p><p><br /></p><p>But I think the second quote is the most pertinent - acknowledgement of gross over-grading has finally become mainstream. Even though the gross over-grading has been going on for a looooooong time. The average Joe Collector has finally caught on to it and admits it is and has been happening. The evidence has just become to overwhelming and they have finally become believers in what they never wanted to believe. What they have refused to believe for many years.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>I wouldn't be so skeptical about the PCGS 3000 if I were you.
