ERROR ISRAELI 5 NEW SHEQALIM DATED 5766 / 2005-2006 NO RIMS ON OBVERSE AND OBVERSE CENTER HAS NORMAL THICKNESS WHILE THE RIMS PLACE IS NARROW.

I would have thought it is seriously abused, not a mint error. Did you weigh it?

 

Looks like it has had the edges ground down. I'd say it is PMD.
