I'm finding that there are some definite deals to be had on eBay the past couple of weeks. By "deal" I'm specifically referring to the ability to pick up silver halves for spot or slightly under spot, including the shipping costs (when applicable).

    Recent acquisitions include:

I paid a total of $27.01 for the Franklins and $30.07 just yesterday for the 20th Century Set.

I know that some of you have Coin Dealer relationships and are able to get some great deals through those connections. I'm fairly reliant on eBay, so pretty happy with being able to pick up 6-half dollars for what amounts to $9.51 apiece.

Hope everyone celebrating had a tremendous Fourth!!

LOL, I like that Chiefbullsit .... "Clad Free". I think that needs it's own logo!
Yeah, as I said, I was pretty surprised to pick these up on eBay for ~ spot. I see horribly worn junk half dollars going for $11 - $13 on the site.

I'd be buying these all day long at that price. Nice pickup, Susan!
