I’m willing to bet that seller tricked a lot of other people that he cracked them out of straight grade slabs because “that’s how most people want them.” My guess is they got details grade.</p><p><br /></p><p>I did get a look at a Lafayette Dollar, marked as AU, but had been polished. Those interest me, but are pricey!</p><p><br /></p><p>I ended up leaving before my allotted time, simply because I ran out of booths to look at. My best experience was talking to a seller for about 15 minutes about coins. I guess I just miss sitting around and talking coins.
