I picked this 2 cent piece recently. Finding an older copper that is relatively problem free is an opportunity I could not refuse. With a mintage of 1,546,500, it is on the scarcer side.
I think it is a little of both. The motto is usually a big wear spot, and the leaves show wear, but the rest of design is fairly distinct. The reverse looks to show a. weakness in the strike as well
