If horses can play water polo, skating should be no problem. My instinct said the photo was not the OP's work, plus the reverse side is much more beat up.
I guess I'll never understand what the point is for people to do stuff like that, does it make them feel important or they are just trolls. LOL Dave
We have now encountered numerous new members who get upset when their first few posts are nothing but junk damaged coins, and a few decide to "pull something" to "prove" we don't know what we're talking about. Well guess what. We're not as dumb as THEY look. I blame it on the Internet, per se. It provides so much false information that its most committed believers literally have no idea what they don't know.
The Etsy ad claimed a real 1943 copper was worth millions. I think they have been sold in the 100,000-250,000 range most recently. Description: This is US 1943 Steel cent that has been copper plated. you know if you found a real 1943 copper cent it would be worth millions. This is just a great conversation piece.
That's possible I remember when that S made the news. There's only one from Denver, I thought that one was the highest. But the last auction one sold in the 250K range.
Maybe I'm thinking of the D then. It's been a number of years since the sale and it's not like I've thought about it since then.
