REALLY annoyed with myself

Feedback has been dubious since the beginning. I can remember buyers and sellers holding feedback hostage until they themselves received positive feedback first. It was treated almost as currency back then.

Does anyone remember how eBay used to list the full username of the highest bidder? Other bidders would contact the highest directly and threaten them if they didn’t back off from an item. It used to be the Old West.

In many ways ebay is still like walking into Mos Eisely. You can survive and transact business but many are up to no good.
