dont feel stupid, not at all!! I just plain cannot tell you what i am looking for I just dont know. The note, as far as i know, could very well be real. It could also very well not be. I have a bunch of food ration coupons, and i have seen other ration coupons, for non food items and the like. I do not pretend to know very much about these ration coupons, because without knowing the full extent of whats out there ... how can one judge how much they know... right?

Considering what comes out of China these days, and i am only talking about the fakes ... One cant be too sure. When the sheet came in, i wanted to post it here to ask others opinions on if they felt if it was fake. My reasons for doing this was because you dont really need to know world currency to have ideas as to weather or not a note is fake. Alot of the same principles of fake US notes can still apply to fake world notes. Hobo's idea came out of this thinking i am sure Alot of the indicators on US notes that tell us a note is fake, ie line quality, watermark location, security threas, ect... can all be applied to world notes as well. Nothing is perfect, as counterfeiters are getting better...as are home printers... but imho no opinion or idea is stupid - especially if it turns out to be the tipping point that says yes its real, or no its fake

So i had to post this uncut sheet here, and ask if it was fake... to see if the smarter folks here at CT could see something i couldnt or didnt.

So dont feel stupid.. you know US currency quite well.. and very well could have an idea to check, that could determine if this note is indeed fake or real ;p
So dont feel stupid.. you know US currency quite well.. and very well could have an idea to check, that could determine if this note is indeed fake or real ;p
